Only what we need to provide the service: your name, email address and order details. Interac e-Transfer payments are handled by your bank; we never see or store card or banking credentials.

2. How we use it

To activate and support your subscription, answer your messages and send service notices. We never sell personal information.

3. Cookies and analytics

This website sets no cookies and uses no advertising trackers.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless service that counts page views and loading speed without identifying you or following you across other sites.

The speed test on our homepage runs in your browser and stores nothing.

4. Retention and security

We keep order records only as long as needed for the service and legal obligations, and protect them with access controls and encrypted connections.

5. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing support@digitaliptv.ca.
