Every Digital IPTV plan is prepaid for a fixed period. Nothing renews on its own, so there is nothing to cancel unless you want to stop early or close your account.

1. No automatic renewal

Plans run for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months and end on their expiry date. We never charge you again unless you choose to renew and send a new payment.

2. Stopping early

If you stop within 7 days of your first activation, the refund policy applies and you can get your money back. After that, your access simply continues until the end of the period you paid for.

3. Closing your account

Email support@digitaliptv.ca from the address you ordered with and ask us to close the account. We deactivate the login and delete your personal information as described in our privacy policy.

4. Reseller accounts

Unused reseller credits are not refundable once they have been added to a panel.
