These terms govern your use of the Digital IPTV website and subscriptions. By subscribing you agree to them.

1. The service

Digital IPTV provides streaming technology and connectivity. We do not host, store or broadcast media content ourselves. Channel lineups and on-demand libraries can change over time.

2. Subscriptions and payment

Plans run for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months and are paid in advance in Canadian dollars by Interac e-Transfer. There is no automatic renewal and no contract; see the cancellation policy.

3. Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully and in line with the broadcasting and copyright laws that apply to you. Logins are for the number of connections you bought; sharing beyond that may lead to suspension.

4. Data protection

We handle personal information as described in our privacy policy and in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

5. Refunds

Refunds follow our refund policy.

6. Liability

We work to keep the service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for problems caused by your internet provider, device or third-party apps.
